I've been on the quest for optimal health for over 10 years. I started when I was 20. I'm 30 now.

My journey started in my late teens when I noticed people close to me develop chronic health issues that usually only older people get.

Just 2 generations ago diabetes, heart disease and cancer were mostly related to people above 60.

Today many men experience issues like:

Brain fog.
Digestive issues.
Low energy.
Sleep issues.

Weight gain.

I definitely didn't want to go down that route.

I was already at a higher risk since I developed asthma and allergies in my early childhood. I didn’t want to end up with even worse conditions down the road.

Over the last 10 years of researching, experimenting, and learning from mistakes I developed this lifestyle that fully supports my health and wellbeing.

The result? I reversed my chronic health issues from childhood while feeling stronger, fitter and healthier now at 30 than when I was 20.
